Because m8 body image is a complicated mental problem. Sure it seems obvious to everyone else that synthol makes you look retarded. But they don't see it that way. Synthol users should be viewed in the same light as anorexics and plastic surgery monsters. They have a problem and in truth they need help

there are plenty of pro bodybuilders who use it to top up weak points before a comp i'm sure.
 
Probably, but then there a re plenty of people who eat less food than they require without going to the extreme like anorexics ;)
 
I'd like to put something out there for the other weight lifting n00bs. A while ago on here liquid chalk was recommended to me so I purchased it. I'd been struggling with my grip for a few deadlift sessions over the last month or so and it was affecting my deadlifts and rhythm of said deadlifts. However, this morning I actually took my liquid chalk with me and slapped it on my hands for the deadlifts. WOW! The stuff is awesome! Grip felt massively improved leaving me to worry only about the lift and not resetting my grip/losing the bar.

So fellow n00bs: use liquid chalk, start yesterday. (As someone on here told me months ago)

Agreed, im no noob but i dont lift anything without liquid chalk now and only discovered it a few months ago. Works for every lift miracle stuff!

The big diff is the synthol freaks are making themselves disproportionate in the extreme and viewing it in a positive light. Bodybuilders are using it to make themselves proportionate as viewed objectively by a third party.
