Not expecting any absolute PBs, but I'm guaranteed comp weight class PBs and possibly some overall comp PBs. LiE will be making all kinds of great gains, and Dom should be squatting big :cool:

Anyone have any posture improvement advice?

Apart from proper form in all forms of lifting which is a given, are there any decent posture correction exercises i could try?

Been looking at yoga and pilates..

LiE - 81.7kg
Ice - 82.9kg
Me - 82.1kg lol

Looks like we might take the top places, we have the heaviest openers in the group. :D

Been looking at yoga and pilates..

Weight lifting will help your posture anyway, deads sqauts etc.

But yeah, I'm considering taking up some yoga. Might start at home and then join a class (plus the honeys ;) )
