This isn't a typical mass gaining routine though, this is something you'd do as a shock to the system to promote growth, and stop your body getting used to your normal routine
Hence the focus on isolation, it's all about maximum pump and blood volume, and that is best achieved with isolation exercises with short rest periods. Any other routine, I'd plan far more compound movements
How long would you suggest running this for to shock the system steedie 1 week 2? Also would a traditional deload the week following this mega pump routine also be beneficial?
