As long as it fits in with his daily regime of misery, then I'm sure it would be fine. ;) :D

I'm still amazed and full of admiration that kai's managed to gain on what you currently eat: I would probably fall asleep on the way to the gym...

i have never really posted my diet apart from a few meals, e.g. Cookies :D. I eat a fair amount of food.

At the moment i consume 2,676 calories a day - this is now me cutting. I have been consuming 3025.00 calories for maintenance / bulk, - more than enough food for someone my size :)

Plus as my metabolic rate is increasing during the cut i will be burning more calories to keep that metabolic rate high. I expect to be on a cut exceed my bulking phase calories ;)

Wide Grip Chins (1 second hang at bottom) - 8, 8, 8
Lat Pulldowns - 8, 8 (needs to be as heavy as you can go)
Bent Over Rows - 12, 10, 10
Seated Cable Row Wide Grip (Superset Cable Pullovers) - 10 (10), 10 (10), 10 (10)
Seated DB Press - 12, 12, 8, 8
One Arm Upright Row - 12, 12, 12
Face Pulls - 15, 15, 15
Lateral Raises (supersetted with front raise barbell) - 25 (15), 25 (15), 25 (15)

I'd forgotten how bad shoulder pump was, I was almost crying at the end! I must have looked awesome lateral raising 5kg dumbbells and making them look like 20s. My arm was shaking trying to drink my post workout, good times :cool:

My friend could actually do with something like that, he needs to strengthen his neck for racing open top sports cars.

Can anyone spec some neck exercises?
 
Don't know how we reached a 200gram figure, but it looks like I have dropped about 2Kg in the last 4 weeks.

Still along way to go though, dont feel slim! Still got my large roll on my lower abs, but have defo dropped weight and done it whilst increasing weight and performance on the bars so all is good!
