i have never really posted my diet apart from a few meals, e.g. Cookies . I eat a fair amount of food.
At the moment i consume 2,676 calories a day - this is now me cutting. I have been consuming 3025.00 calories for maintenance / bulk, - more than enough food for someone my size
Plus as my metabolic rate is increasing during the cut i will be burning more calories to keep that metabolic rate high. I expect to be on a cut exceed my bulking phase calories
Time fly's i have been bulking since ermmmm August / September (ish) and i have hit my 70kg goal a lot quicker than expected
70kg isnt a goal its an OHP warmup set
