*** The 2013 Gym Rats Thread ***

Is Dutch hardcore different to any other hardcore? Is it really it's own genre, or do you just say it to sound qwerky? :p

It's a form of music? Same as metal or pop is or whatever. It's not guitars it's electronic/DJ's before you get your hopes up by the way.

On side note tipped the scales today 70kg :D heaviest i have ever been and still sitting around 8% bodyfat...

There are ethiopians with more bodyfat than you, I suggest a new diet regime of daily cakes. By cake I mean birthday cake sized cake, all for you. 1 a day.

I'm still amazed and full of admiration that kai's managed to gain on what you currently eat: I would probably fall asleep on the way to the gym...
 
Talking of food. I am currently eating some rice, skinless chicken, onions, peas, mushrooms. topped with soy sauce and some light salad cream.

That's almost healthy!!! wtf!

Lat Pulldowns - 8, 8 (needs to be as heavy as you can go)
Bent Over Rows - 12, 10, 10
Seated Cable Row Wide Grip (Superset Cable Pullovers) - 10 (10), 10 (10), 10 (10)
Seated DB Press - 12, 12, 8, 8
One Arm Upright Row - 12, 12, 12
Face Pulls - 15, 15, 15
Lateral Raises (supersetted with front raise barbell) - 25 (15), 25 (15), 25 (15)
 
No don't phaggot, it goes against what the core of the workout is for. Pure isolation and pump, as few compound movements as possible
