One thing you can do to help alleviate your post workout inflammation, is take a strong does of ibuprofen (400mg) prior to workout.
Mask your pain & dysfunction with painkillers for ultimate joint longevity.

If squats cause you problem then you need to switch to something kinder on your knees. That’s exactly what I did.
This.Also, reducing inflammation is counter productive for gains. So I'm not sure why you'd want to do that

Yes, as they wouldn't do it on the NHS even with a sob story I imagine, and even if they did, I wouldn't trust the surgeon. I thought about going to Poland etc as some do, however
a) I'd rather have someone 1337 do a great job and get it right first time - that Dr. Levick fellow in Birmingham looks awesome, he had gyno himself, does about 40+ men a year, is a bit of a dab hand at it, and his method of going in via the armpit results in less potential visible scars and less external healing required too.
b) aftercare is easier if I need to go back.
Not cheap at all (think surgery alone is a little under £4k) but no amount of dieting will get rid of glandular tissue and it's something that's bothered me for 15+ years, and now I can see abs etc it's depressing I still have moobs rather than pecs - only one way to correct...
