Had my macros kept strictly at 250c 150p and 45f for the last week with only a couple of grams out here and there, usually on carbs. However I got weighed today again and Im 0.2lb heavier!

I know it can fluctuate every day, and I do feel/look pretty watery/bloated today for some reason. If this doesn't change over the next couple of days should I scale back carbs?

Im 186b and currently cutting obvs.

Do it for a month, then think about changing macro's. You can fluctuate by about 2KG on a daily basis so 0.2lb is nothing.

I told this to someone the other day and they would not believe me that I can drop or add a kilo or two over the course of a day....

Water retention can be a funny thing - sodium intake, stress/cortisol, certain foods taking longer to digest etc. At least being a man it's relatively simple and you don't have to account for the crazy hormonal stuff women do.

Arla Skyr Yoghurt, you need this.

First had it in Iceland last year, now its on UK shelves.

150g, 98 calories, 0.3g fat, 6g carbs, 16.5g protons. 900g (2 pots) = £2

Tastes like it should not be this macro friendly.

3 pots for £2 in tesco right now, not too bad...don't buy the original unless you plan to add something to it.

So managed todo 5x70kg on deadlift (Nothing compared to most of you), but i realized my grip getting a little crap anything i should be doing to increase my grip strength ? shell i just keep trying to pull the weight?

Want to try and avoid alternative grip for as long as i can really.

Chalk/liquid chalk, holding onto the bar for a bit at the end of the last rep on all your warm-ups, squeezing the **** out of the bar etc - I don't think most people need to do grip-specific work when they're new to lifting so although you can do things like farmer's walks or buy Captains of Crush type stuff most of the time deadlifting more will do the trick.

Okay cheers guys, Will start doing Hook Grip, and also just holding on at the end.

Also what sort of weight should i be using as a warm up, I have only be doing 20kg + bar.

Hook grip? Ouch, no way man, no way. You shouldn't need anything other than standard grip for a long time. I can do 125kgx5 with standard grip and I have little lady hands and pathetic wrists. Just use liquid chalk like Somnambulist said, your grip will get stronger as your deadlift goes up.
