I've gone from 30kg to 50kg in about 3 weeks ( which for me is impressive)
I'm sure it would be impressive to everyone if they knew what you were referring to. Leg press? Bicep curl? Bodyweight?
I like to think he's referring to body weight as it comes with the best mental image![]()
Cheers - I've been trying them out for the past month or so just to change my routine up more than anything else. I'm under no delusions about how tricky the form is so I am quite chuffed, it's just amazing how an efficient technique (like in the video) can be used so much more effectively than raw strength. They've been doing that exercise for years so you can't really compare.
C&J at bodyweight is a fine lift for a non olympic lifter and you should be very happy.
Think I've done a bit of damage to my left rotator cuff last week on the chest pressing 24kg for 12 reps so I think I might go a bit lighter on the chest/shoulders for a week or 2.
I might start doing some light neck work out. I just want to take it easy and be careful with the old neck.
Good man, get a huge kneck so we can call you juggernaut

I'm going to start with a 10kg plate methinks and a towel, and do side raises, front raises, and back raises... see how that goes. 3 sets of 8.
