just upgraded from 3G to iphone4 today and after reinstalling everything I seem to be stuck with the '3rd party app crash' issue whereby every third party app crashes on loading. I've tried some of the fixes online like downloaded a new app from the store and also re-installing all of them, but it's the same result; after a sync, they work for a few minutes and then eventually go into crash mode where nothing will run.
I can't believe this is a hardware issue but most of the reports online seem to date back quite a ways toasted os2.0 even. Surely this bug shouldn't still be possible with an iPhone 4 running 4.3?
Can anybody help as it's really ruining the experience of the upgrade at the moment and I seem to be spending more time fiddling around with it that using the thing!

i am on orange and i have it, just says i need to speak to orange to enable it...
I’m pretty sure that orange will charge you £10 a month to enable this option but if your with O2 I think its free.

I wonder if I can update my plan, (the old unlimited data £15 simplicity)
I once drove my car into a bollard within the manufacturers warranty period. Do you reckon Skoda replaced that?
That's not really a fair comparison, a closer one would be your cars bumper damaging the paint work during normal use.

People have had bumpers on still the sides have managed to get scratched. Even without removing it. I didn't put something inside on purpose to scratch did i? you would purposely drive you car into a wall. which makes you a prat.
My point is i had something on my phone that is supposed to protect it, yet it hasn't.

Read much before you bang out an angry reply? It says bollard. Which was painted white against a white wall. I made a mistake and didn't see it when reversing. If that makes me a "prat" then so be it. First time I'd so much as marked a car in 15+ years. Anyway, this is an iPhone thread.
Whatever. My iPhone with the free Griffin bumper case on it is unmarked. There was a bit of fluff trapped in the back but that's it.
ive ran into a problem, i had to re-instal windows as my old hdd stopped working, installed itunes fine and autorised it fine but when transfering purchases from the phone to itunes it does it then when it got to Rage HD it stops. been trying all day tired every fix thrown up by searching google but still the problem remains
Read much before you post a reply that isn't even a valid comparison? Surely your car having a special wax coat that stops any marks would be a better comparison? Mine was completly clean inside yet still managed to get marks. It also seems i'm not the only one it has happened to.
Mine has the official iphone case so again the case you have doesn't matter to the argument.
And yeah this is an iPhone thread so don't make points about cars.
It's a discussion not an argument as far as I'm concerned.
Bottom line is that it's cosmetic damage which is not covered by the warranty.
