Yay my phone is having hallucinations :D

Nothing is attached to it and its popping up quite regularly now... wtf :cool:

Ok now my phone is totally screwed lol

It isn't playing audio via the speaker anymore. No headphones plugged in not in mute.
In the iPod app it doesn't show a volume slider unless I plug my headphones in...

Phones doesn't play a ringtone or a message tone.

Help?!

Factory reset and restore it.

I think i fixed my girlfriend iPhone from doing this by going
Settings>Carrier> [Select Your Provided]
Might be this on older iOS "Settings>Network>Carrier> [Select Your Provided]"

Hers was set to Automatic and since then no issues with the message popping up.

Hmmm I tried a hard reset (home and power) no joy then I set the phone on mute and hard reset it again and when it booted took it off mute and it was fixed :confused:

No idea what was/is going on lol

All good for now, if it happens again I will indeed restore :)

can you transfer files between iphone and ipad with out a separate computer to sync?

Also would you get a new 16gb or a 6month old 32gb, identical price.
 
What cases have you all got?
I want to keep it in great condition as I might sale it when IP5 comes out. Also is there any difference between screen protectors, or just get any.

Also anyone recommend me a alarm clock/ speaker dock that can also sync and isn't £200 more around the £60 mark. If it can fit the ipad as well even better but by no means essential.
 
I've got a full leather Rocketfish case in dark brown from the CPW. Its really quite nice, I dont like these cases that cover the back of the phone and I certainly dont like screen protectors!

I'd probably go for the 6 month old 32GB if it was like new, it depends on how much space you need though.
 
the 32gb one had be sold, but just paid for 16gb brand new apple one for £460 slightly more than I wanted but, at least it's factory unlocked and not from a contract.
