Yeah - noticed that. Not sure why. Maybe the on-phone YouTube uploader downsamples it to 720p, because there are no settings that I'm aware of. I do, of course, have the originals.

Still a fair test though because it was all done on the phone. A lot of PC hardware can't cope with 1080p from YouTube (my laptop certainly can't), so some of the stuttering people are seeing may actually be on playback.

not a happy chap guys as i have a 64gb iPhone 4s thats still not been activated since 9am this morning, orange have dropped the ball with me here,
 
I was saved from buying an orange phone earlier by the fact they were out of stock :p

I really didn't do much research, just randomly went out to try and get one before they sold out when I decided I actually did want one.

Managed to end up on the best contract by sheer luck though it seems.
 
I love Siri, everything I used to do with the old clunky voice control system is replaced with a much quicker solution.

The character / attitude it has is also a bonus. For example, I've seen some smart responses to some queries and I've been pushing the limits of the app by asking it to perform multiple commands at a time e.g "text my wife, xxxxxxxxx, send" and it just does its thing :)

Admittedly it does mess up, but rarely :)
 
For me, it's currently getting very confused about where 'home' is. First time it just didn't know. At the most recent attempt it offered me a choice of 'home or home' :D
 
Your location says Scotland. If you're Scottish, that'll be why. The rest of us probably can't understand you either. :p :p

OK, seriously, it has problems with strong accents unfortunately. You can correct things by typing and it may learn/improve over time.

My 4S has been sat playing video for the last half hour with the battery reading 1% throughout. The calibration is definitely some way off then! :)
 
ok just got of the phone with orange as i phoned them at 8 (opening time) CPW have not put it through on there end properly, they did the small transaction to confirm my address but thats it, so wtf do i do now as i have just got a phone thats meant to have a 24 month contract, the phone has been paid for but without a sim i can't do f all
 
My battery life was terrible yesterday. Though if you look at the spec, standby is 200 hours which is 100 less than the 4.

Must be the dual core processor doing it.
 
I flattened my battery last night playing games and have just taken it off a full overnight charge so I'll see how it goes today. Last night it sat on 1% for over an hour so the indicator should be better now. Usage is reset as well so I can see what it's up to.
