Does anyone know How to stop the iPhone changing xx to zx when writing a message?

I put two xx on my texts but the iPhone always tries to change it to zx and it's so annoying, I've reset the keyboard dictionary but it still happens, does anyone else have it?

If you've addded it as a shortcut it should work..

Settings > General > Keyboard > Add new shortcut

Phrase: xx
Shortcut: xx
I guess that would work... I have a few phrase: xx shortcut: cx, zx etc..
 
I keep having so change to do, notice my girlfriend do it too and can tell when people have posted from their phone online too from the typo. Sure it's something only in 5.0 onwards

Keep meaning to correct it but don't expect it to change and have already hit the space bar every damn time..

Nothing, and then I got a replacement battery on that one.

I had restored the previous day, just went in and explained the issues.. they ran a diagnostic but because I just restored it was useless so they said they would try a new handset.
 
So, in Norwich currently shopping, and my mums phone contract comes to an end this month, so she wanted me to enquire about new phone options etc.

I popped into phones4u, explained her situation, then got talking about my contract, it runs out in November, i'm with orange and I have a blackberry torch, explained how i liked the nexus/iphone 4s so he said that Orange and Phones4u are doing early upgrades thing, but basically turns out I can upgrade now to the iPhone 4s (didnt have time to check pricing on Nexus) for £70! I think this is a bargain and heading back there after lunch.

£210 left on my contract, trade in my handset there for £90, and then phones4u give me another £50 ... I keep the contract etc.

Sorry if this is common knowledge but I was surprised by Orange and this service, will be a happy bunny later this afternoon!
 
Anyone else having major issues with a bluetooth headset? I have a Jawbone Aliph Prime headset and I get huge issues with it. It connects, the bluetooth activates, but when I make a call it is totally hit and miss. I can activate Siri, I hear the beep to talk, but sometimes it doesn't beep at all, and then the cancel beep for Siri sounds through my phone speaker. I've had times where I've made a call and it won't allow me to switch from the phone speaker over to either the phone or Jawbone as a source for the call. It just stays on the speaker, but I can't hear anything either. People sometimes can't hear me when I call, and sometimes I end up having to switch the phone off entirely and reconnect the headset just to be able to use it again.

Anyone else having these issues?
 
Is anyone on Tesco Mobile + 4s? The reason I ask is that the simcard they supply is smaller than the O2 one having 2 less contact pads. A friend has just changed from O2 to tesco mobile and his lost the dreaded battery bug!

I think the giffgaff sim is also smaller than the O2 one so it might also have an affect.
 
Well I tried a GiffGaff simcard and it's fixed my battery issues, currently on 7 minutes usage after 1h 37m standby and 100% battery remaining. Kinda weird as they use the O2 network.
 
It's a normal sim card that I've cut to fit with some scissors. Porting your number is just the usual process of getting your pac code. I'm not sure on the wifi hotspots, I've never used them.

You can order a giffgaff sim and put £10 on it to make sure it works before doing the full transfer.
 
Yeah. Just had a order confirmation email saying it should be here for tomorrow!

Hated my Samsung Galaxy S so looking forward to having a play with the 4S. Got a iPad 2 and love it, so hopefully it'll be the same for the 4S.
