Just spent the last 2 hours racking my brain and scouring my hdd`s to find a certain series. No luck.Hope someone here can suggest a name for me
Set in an old apartment block which houses only otaku girls/Fujoshi??
One of the girls rescues a girl off the street and takes `her` into the house to feed her or something.Turns out the `girl` is a rich guy in drag, who ends up helping them keep their apartment complex from being redeveloped
Not sure if this was Animé or Dorama,i remember watching it about 2 years ago so it is older series rather than new
Really bugging me that I can not for the life of me remember the title

Ok, Eve 2.22 is rather good
Just finished watching it, and really enjoyed it, 1,11 seemed to follow the TV series rather closely, but 2.22 seems to be breaking away from the strict TV timeline/story whilst still following the basic story
I'm really looking forward to 3.33 or Q or whatever they call it
Re the Aussie anti piracy logo, from memory Manga tend to get Madman in Aus to author most of their discs these days, at least when both Manga and Madman have rights to the title.
It's basically a way of sharing the costs because we're both PAL (important for DVD's), and B countries, so effectively it only requires at most for the disc to be coded 2/4 for a DVD (Madman also used to share authoring with ADV UK back in the day).
IIRC Black Lagoon had a relatively cheap complete second barrage set a while back so you may be able to find that, or even the complete series 1 and 2 set at a reasonable price.
I ended up ordering the complete series of Claymore for ~£8 earlier from the hut
Need some help, i was a bit late in buying Black lagoon Second Barrage, i have volume 1, but 2 & 3 seem to be out of print. Does anyone know of anywhere that has stock? Post links if thats possible or send mail via trust.
Thanks.
Have you tried looking on Amazon Canada? ... searching for Black Lagoon on there returns one copy of volume 3 in stock at 26.99CDN on the first page of results and the second page has volume 2 from a market place seller who look like they may ship internationally for ~52CDN
I didn't find it a bad series as such ... it just wasn't very strong and the ending ... well you'll see
Only 8 months ago?Damn looks like the Alzheimers is kicking inBy 2 years do you mean 8 months ago?
As mentioned it sounds exactly like Kuragehime, which aired in Japan during the Fall 2010 season. It's a nice series, though suffers from pacing issues towards the end and would have really benefited from a few more episodes. Definitely worth watching though.
FMA Brotherhood? Not very sad per say, had its teary moments but the ending was quite positive really. Still, 64 episodes.Ano Hana ending is quite the tearjerker :'(.
You knew everything was leading up to the final episode. Still not up there with the likes of Clannad, but i enjoyed it from start to finish.
That's the trouble with series that hinge on being emotional and dramatic, there is only so much they can do with a 1 cour run.
That's why Clannad will always win in the 'Emotional Slice of Lice' category, as it had 50+ episodes to tell it's story. Nothing will come along to displace it until there is another series that runs for 50+ episodes.
Still Ano Hana was better than a fair few, so i'd probably rank it in the following..
1. Clannad
2. Angel Beats
3. Ano Hana
4. True Tears
4. Kannon
5. Air
