Where did you get your FMA tins? or do all the series box sets come like that?

The FMA tins were included in the R1 Limited Edition releases of Discs 1, 5 and 10.
They were meant to be included in the R2 UK LE releases of the same discs, but from memory only the UK dics 1 ended up as an LE for some reason (I ended up ordering the R1 LE's to be sure i got the tins and soundtrack CD''s).

Half way through the 1st season of death note and OMG It's so hooked me!

Also looking forward to getting my Hellsing OVA's in the post hopefully by the end of the week :oooo

Deathnote is very good, although some people didn't like the second half.

Hellsing is one that I really want to watch the current OVA's, but I'm loathe to buy them at their current release schedule, I'll probably get them when there is a collection.
The original series was good :)

Yeah I heard the people doing the English dubs went out of business or something that's why there's only 4 dubbed episodes.

Finished Antique Bakery this evening. Interesting series about a chap setting up a cake shop, partially in the hope of meeting and employing cute ladies but ends up with an all male staff one of whom is rampantly gay. That's not to say that the series is yaoi in any real way.

It does have another plot arcing through it to do with child abduction but overall it just seems to miss something. It has a lot of good elements but they don't really click together to really form a coherent whole. Maybe it would helped if it was 2 cours instead of just the one, I don't know.

Overall ... it was alright, but no more than that really ...

That is, I believe a work of art :)
Really well done (you don't fancy painting my warhammer models do you;)).

Haha, thanks a lot, I've been thinking about doing something Warhammer based. I'm not a fan of the game though, so the models seem more expensive because of that. :p

Looks amazing :)

Thanks, I'm in the middle of painting another bust, I'll post pictures of that too when I've done it.

What is the main reason why they are not making a new Dragonball series with better drawn graphics?

They have created small trailers and even the intro to the Dragonball Kai series which look 100x better than the normal art they did.

I cant understand, they have a HUGE fanbase all over the world still after so many years, games coming out all the time and a movie which was just released. Why are they not pushing for a new TV series?

It will come eventually.

They're milking it while they can, when it dries up they're likely to release a new one.

It's, erm, rubbish ... for some reason Amazon won't remove the listing despite repeated requests from Manga UK (I've queried it with them (Manga UK) previously) ... the updated date is to try and put people off from ordering it so they aren't disappointed.

Finished Demon King Daimao this evening. Well it's not big and clever or deep in any way but it was a reasonably enjoyable romp and a complete change from Antique Bakery. Plenty of action, humour and fanservice and it looked pretty good on BD.

Would be nice if Customs processed my copy of the Maria-sama live action film which has been with them since Tuesday :(

I know this is going to sound perhaps a little silly; and will probably make some people want to stab me due to the series involved, but can someone quickly confirm the interaction between the different GITS variants?

I'm assuming there's a chronological order and it's something along the lines of
GITS [Film]
GITS - S.A.C
GITS - S.A.C Films
GITS 2

The reason I ask is originally I figured the films would run, followed by the series and it's films, however as I wandered onto the series synopsis and the synopsis for some of the films earlier;and the characters involved, I started to think that perhaps I was wrong.

I haven't actually watched GITS2 yet despite owning it but it seems like a nice series to see chronologically so you can see how the events affect the different characters, and also retain some coherence to how I watch it.

GITS [Film]
GITS - S.A.C
GITS - S.A.C 2
GITS 2 innocence [film]
GITS - S.A.C. Solid State Society [film]

is how I view them order wise
the other movies laughing man and individual eleven are made from the stories in gits sac 2 iirc
Although
GITS [Film] is more of a stand alone/different universe/alternate reality version

The GITS and Innocence films are separate from the series and take place in an alternate reality/timeline. There's no chronological link between them.

GITS [Film]
GITS - S.A.C
GITS - S.A.C 2
GITS 2 innocence [film]
GITS - S.A.C. Solid State Society [film]

is how I view them order wise

That order does not make any sense though, given what happens at the end of the first movie and continues into Innocence (being vague to avoid spoilers).

I think that both the two original films are more alternative reality/different universe compared with the SAC series' and film. Hence:

GitS (original or 2.0)
GitS - Innocence
GitS SAC 1
GitS SAC 2
GitS SAC - Solid State Society

Ignore the Individual Eleven and Laughing Man compilation "films"
