http://forums.leshcatlabs.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=245I can second this. Was playing a few games and just was not happy with the FPS I was getting. Especially when I wanted to play some Skyrim and I know a 290x should play this game maxed out smooth as hell and not struggle to maintain 60FPS ATLEAST! But it did on the beta drivers. Skyrim was running between 45 to 60 FPS which is really strange anyway with using DDU in safemode I uninstalled 14.1 and went back to the 13.12 release now playing Skyrim maxed out at 120 fps lol.

Can't say i've had many issues really with the 14.1 Drivers luckily, although AC Blackflag crashes once in a while when starting it. seems fine the second time.

Just bought a 7850 from the shop here at OcUK. Last few cards have all been Nvidia, what drivers would folk recommend currently for a 7850? n00b question too - do you still install the Catalyst Control Centre thingy nowadays or is that old hat?

13.12 WHQL Broseidon.
Ta, just grabbed the 13.12's from the AMD site. What is the correct way to go about installing my new card once it arrives? Uninstall the current GeForce drivers, remove the 9800GTX+ sat in there at the moment and then shut down? Fit new 7850, then just install the AMD 13.12's or should I be 'cleaning' out the old Nvidia drivers somehow?

Use this tool. Run it, tick clean C:Nvidia and click clean and restart. Then install your AMD drivers.

I had another go at crossfire on Mantle on BF4 by reinstalling the 14.1 drivers. I get about 10 seconds before it looks up and i have to restart the pc. But damn it feels nice for that 10 seconds lol. Trying everything to get it working, custom profiles etc. No luck so far. No idea how shankly got it working so well when we have similar systems.
Well i couldn't get Mantle working but i did get the 14.1 drivers working in BF4 on DX11 and they seemed very good. Slight fps improvement over 13.12 WHQL so i think ill stick with them now. Whatever update Dice did to the game has fixed the previous issue i had with 14.1 Crossfire and DX11.
I'll be honest the 14.1's with BF4 in DX work like a dream on mine, but then again, I've not seen my 7990's with the 13.12's as I thought Mantle worked with 7990's... but I've just stuck with them as they seem solid and quick.
