Pretty much everyone I know who has the LG 34um95 Whenever you click on enable display port 1.2 in the monitor settings you get artifacts and weird issues. Like mine for example I get flickering and the screen jumps. Im talking about 1.2 though. Normal display port (1.1?) works fine.

I've got 1.2 set on my Iiyama and didn't notice any issues.
 
Could just be that monitor but all I know is Most don't have it set to 1.2 because of the issues. iv had 4 and none worked properly on 1.2.
 
I get an issue that it doesn't wake my monitor up properly and then says this:

No it doesn't work in 1.2 with nVidia either. As per the LG thread I have owned both GTX 780 and noiw R9 290X and both flicker with DP 1.2 enabled.

It is pretty clear you need a GFX card with 10bit colour via DP 1.2 mode to use that mode.
 
Im on 14.8 RC3 (i think) so uhh... best to just stick with this? Seems to work fine.

Doing a fresh install to new SSD in a few days so might give the WHQLs a shot when i do so.
