Tell me more about it and why i should use it over what i use now, which is typically in game AA and CCC's MLAA in place of in game FXAA.

It's not just AA mate, it's better colours etc just look at some comparisons on that site.

I used to use sweetfx in bf3 to stop everything being so stupidly ******* bright!

SweetFX made most games have over saturated colours in my opinion, much prefer natural colours and proper AA.

Try other presets, some people do go over the top others do some superb ones.

And it couldn't be easier running SweetFx with Rad Pro.

You get SMAA too with RadeonPro as well as quite a lot else. I used it mostly for vsync settings. e.g. Dead Space couldn't run on my 7970 without in game vsync, which capped it at 30fps - with RadeonPro I had it perfectly running at 60fps. Pretty much everyone with an AMD card should try it, I think.

Well, I fired up the tri-fire for the first time in months and the results are sensational.

Night and day difference.

tri-fire being 3 x cards is as long as on single monitor.

Spanning monitors is the next beta, whatever AMD call that.

everytime i activate xfire games crash im running windows 8 two iceq 7950 and xfx pro850w.
iv ran both cards separate and there fine but as soon as i turn xfire on it freezes in games

I've got the 13.8's running with my HD6970 and not had any problems so far. I've not got another card to run in crossfire yet though so probably won't meant much. (unlikely to happen now)

Report the issue to AMD and roll back to the previous driver you were using.
