Prices in Japan are approximate though (credit some reddit user queing for a cpu)

Are people thinking that moaning about the price is going to make either company care? They haven't thus far, i think the price drop on the 5700/XT is now probably the minimum, better get used to it or buy an AMD powered console ;).

Moaning whilst still buying the products? No, that won't do anything. Moaning whilst refusing to buy the products? More likely to bring prices back down. Sadly, the latter is not happening, and thus both companies are getting bolder! :(
 
We can tell how well the RX5700XT overclocks by looking at the RX5700XT Anniversary Edition clockspeeds. The RX5700 is probably going to be the one which overclocks better as a percentage IMHO.
