The Strix is the one - trust meYou could always flash the bios and see how it does with a 390w power limit? Strix should let you get up to 500w with the right bios (and it’ll use it).
Assuming temps are in check I would expect a gigabyte master or OC bios to get you to above the 2ghz mark simply enough, just don’t use a bios for a 3 plug card on a card with 2 plugs.

Yes stock cooler, Lian Li 011 dynamic PCMR all panels on, 3x120mm side fans intake, 3x120mm bottom fans intake & 3x120mm top fans exhaust with my cpu aio on.Stock cooler? If so, is that with side panels on and just some case fans? Interested to hear how people run their 3090's in their case on stock coolers out the box and what temps they get.
