7 Spellblades is such a rip off of Harry Potter it's genuinely the closest thing to anime Harry Potter I can think of.
Hows the animation and production quality? (if you could answer the same for the other seasons as well please)
hhmm, seems okay to me! but now you mention it there was some CGI'ish looking stuff in season 1 which I don't remember being present in any other season.

Re Baki new season
I can’t get into this Baki, the Neanderthal man doesn’t make an interesting antagonist, I’m at ep6 at the moment. There’s no motive from him so far. I’m not sure why I should care, it doesn’t show me why I should and the rest of them wanting to fight him because he’s strong is a weak reason for a fight to the death IMO, even for Baki.

Finished Baki, my feelings remain the same.
I am surprised no one used Tai Chi against him, it seems obvious due to his size and power and use that back against him rather than trying to brute force it every time.

I think the best arc in bleach was the Espada arc, some great characters such as grimmjow, ulquiora and I think they introduced the Vizards too? Had great fights but if course ichigo always get the ass pull powerups and beats an OP opponent.

Finding it hard to find good anime to watch these days, I've seen basically everything that was on my radar at some point. There are probably more I'd like but finding them is getting harder.

What did everyone think about the latest One Piece episode?
I mean, I like the silliness / flexibility of Gear 5 but I think the constant laughter is a bit psychotic, I mean literally Luffy is laughing uncontrollably throughout. Will he be laughing like a maniac every single time he transforms into Gear 5? The power is incredible don't get me wrong, but that would annoy the hell out of me. I understand that they're linking it to JoyBoy, but surely even the ancestral JoyBoy wasn't this hysterical. Am I overthinking this?
