The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

Highschool of the Deas has been confirmed that it will get 13 new episodes! Can't wait to fap to it. :)

Ah My Goddess, love that series but I kinda stalled in the second season for no reason, other then watching other things, I just rewatched K-On! in two days and just watching K-On!! tonight, honestly they are really losing out on not doing the College years.

You can also see connections to other work by the creators, for example there are scenes that strongly echo Utena, and Sailor Moon (I think, I've not actually watched sailor moon and only know rough details from clips and things......).

I think when the second half season set comes out I'll have to try and sit down and watch it start to finish paying full attention to it (god knows if I'll get time for that though - it seems I've always got a backlog these days, and the next few months are hectic for new DVD's).

Really did not like the series. Its self contradictory perversion at its finest.

Ah My Goddess is great but if the last OVA has anything to go by

Then it will never end as they are in love but can't be 'together' as it will destroy the world/heaven.
So it's a stalemate story wise. I can't see way it's so difficult for a Romance story to go beyond the moment when they actually get togther.

It's perfectly possible to have a couple's story where they have to deal with the ups and downs of a relationship as well. It would be interesting to see, say, if Keiichi and Belldandy got together and what problems they have to face seeing he's human and she's a Godess, how would it work? Will there be jealousy? Feelings of inadequacy from Keiichi? Could they have kids? If so what would they be? Same with Lawrance and Holo or the main couple in Toradora! as i know the relationship would be just as turbulent as before it. There's so much they can explore instead of retrading old ground again and again.

Picked up my latest today, box was about 5 to 6 times bigger then what I normally get which made the shipping fee rise too £33 or 5115+ JPY at the time.

And here she is, Ultimate Madoka from the series Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I originally had this on order before Christmas but couldn't afford her then, some reason unknown to me she got reissued at a cheaper price and so I bought her as soon as I saw her! Her Christmas price is £100+, got her for £55 so half price for a new figure!

You can't really see in the photo with my poor phone camera, but her base is really nicely detailed with stars and magic stuff on it and inside her "star" dress is stars too. Putting her bow together was a pain, she is also pretty damn heavy for a girl. :D

Googled it and found it was on crunchyroll, I resubbed and just watch all 7 episodes. Very good series so far, im really looking forward to the next episode:)

Saw the first episode of that (attack on titan) a few weeks ago, was very impressed, will be checking it out some more later this year I think :)

I just didn't like it really ... there were times when to me it just seemed to be trying to hard. That it was sad I don't mind .... most of the series I prefer have their melancholic portions .... it just didn't really click with me ...

It isn't a reissue, they're just trying to get rid of whatever remaining stock they had (there is a lot of stock for the ultimate Madoka figure floating around partly due to cancellations).

Yeah I thought of that, am part of that cancellation problem since my first one at Christmas was nuked. :p

But it's pretty awesome to see 47% to 55% knocked off her price. :D
 
I just finished the first half of Season 2 of K-on! and loved it :)
I'm well aware I am late to the party (I waited for the UK release), but it's really fun :)
 
Ok im back on crunchroll ive watched so far attack on titan and sword art online. What else must see anime must I watch on there, im open minded to the suggestions.
