I don't think I have ever watched a full season of this to the end. I always lose all interest by the last few episodes and don't actually care who wins anyway as it look so false and set-up. I don't think this years will be any exception.

I might watch the next one though just to (hopefully) see Steven fail now that he has said he will win

This really is painful to watch.

I swear they round up the worst of the country and slap them all together as 'leaders in their field' to watch them fail badly.

I didn't know Ricky "lol" Martin was actually called Richard.

Well he jumps around in boots and skimpy shorts anyway, so bursting out of his shirt to strut half naked probably wouldn't be an issue for him

This may well be the case.
And it probably attracts attention & laughs when the match card states that "Ricky Martin" is going to be wrestling.

However, when you turn up to a serious show, on which your future may depend (and remember, he is coming across as a very serious guy), you have to present yourself as a serious candidate and not as a showman, with a name which is related to a famous, gay pop star.

LOL yes. That would be brilliant.
He tries to play the name very straight and so far, there has not even been one mention of his namesake, which I find very strange.

If I were a candidate and he told me his name is Ricky Martin, the very first thing I would mention is his latino name sake.

I don't know if any of you listen to the weekend breakfast show on LBC 97.3 with James Max but I just twigged he's a candidate from series one of The Apprentice. I think he made it to the final with Saira Khan.

Semi-finalist. Sugar fired him because he thought James was using the show to help him into a media career. Not like that happened!
