You should be able to just overclock it the same way

O dear.. mines just lost 8 gig memory , only showing 8, tried all 4 dimms 1x1 and each working ok , plug 2 in and dont show 8, god damn it

edit, sorted my missing 8 gig now, reseated the cpu and re tim and all back to 16gig phew

I've got exactly the same problem with my rampage 5 board, only showing 8GB out of 16..

Someone on OCN has had two in succession go up in smoke. Might indicate an underlying issue with his setup but there may well be an issue with a batch of boards

slots d1 and c1 have gone from my bios, have tested each dimm and they all work on there own ok still

5 way Optimization doesn't give me the option to press and find the best settings. not sure why. do I have to change something in bios?

Is it a fresh install of windows? install all the stuff on the cd ,do windows updates , you can do o/c from the bios as well , im still learning myself so maybe an expert can help more

Yes, Fresh install, I O/C from the bios....but wanted to give best setting button a go.

A couple people have commented on a couple of new options relating to the NIC but I've not seen any real feedback as of yet. I was tempted to try it later. Should go live on the site soon enough. He is pushing it as the recommended build so I'm not sure if there is an underlying message there somewhere lol.

Worth noting I've had absolutely no issues with 0801

just had a go at it and with the exact same settings, I failed on realbench... now it might have been pure fluke that it passed last time but this is a strange coincidence. it worked perfectly fine on 0801
