I think the criticism is because he's just a complete moron through and through. FA Cup final he brings Rodwell on for Tevez. Rodwell has played like 15 mins of the FA cup run, how unfair is that? As well as that, City were looking for a goal and he brings arguably one of the best players in the world off for a midfielder who couldn't bench press his own granny.
It isn't but your entitled to your opinion.
Tevez was having little to no impact on the game. Why should he have stayed on?

When Rodwell came on he at least showed a bit of urgency I thought and after his performance against West Brom we needed someone to break through Wigan.

Well Johnson was more interested in being a footballer than playing football, he is turning it around a bit now I have noticed under Di Canio but for the past few months under O'Neil and his final few months at City he was completely disinterested and playing badly.

Milner is a decent player, nothing more and nothing less. Can play plenty of different positions and is a good backup but not the quality we need. Barry is again a decent player, not the quality we need. Garcia is a defensive midfielder and backup CB, does a simple job effectively and efficiently.

Erm, thanks for that I suppose

Ermm... wait... what?

Accoring to the bbc webby :

Nicola Cortese is considering his position as Southampton chairman amid talks to resolve differences with the trust that owns the club.

"He is thought to be seeking guarantees over his future and clarification about the way the owner's Liebherr Trust want to proceed. "

Erm, thanks for that I suppose
Well you said those two players in reply to my post about us needing two new players.

I was just giving you my opinion on why they weren't good enough for us (To do the "all action midfielder role") and thats why we need to buy.

I won't bother next time I think.

I have said for a while that the likes of Barry, Milner were just not good enough for Manchester City.

What's made you change your mind on them Biz?

Sorry again I didn't make it clear,
Not good enough to do the role that we lack within the team.

I think Barry and Milner are good players and are good parts of the squad.
Although, Barry hasn't been at the same level he was last season though and I think he could well be leaving this year.

Whats the matter with Milner and Barry? They are not first choice players are they?

You have:

Dzeko, Tevez and Aguero up front

Silva, Toure, Nasri, Barry, Milner, Garcia, Rodwell in midfield

Your problem isn't the players, its the manager. You have the best attack in the league and arguably the best midfield in the league. You need squad and rotation players and all the other top teams in the league do just fine without world class players in every single position.

In other football news;

Gattuso has been sacked :(.

One thing that story proves is that no matter how much we slate Chelsea and their owner, the owner of that club Sion is just as trigger happy as Abramovich..5 managers already this season and has appointed himself as manager a few times:eek:...can you imagine Chelsea with Abramovich in charge, mind you with his track record and managers...he should give it a shot:p:D

Back of the net.

I think Milner is a really good player that is completely wasted out wide. He doesn't just run about like a headless chicken, he is extremely productive too but just gets a pad press because he runs a hell of a lot more than Silva etc. and actually defends as well as attacks.

Barry, however, I've just never understood.

thanks arsenal ! :D

The turn out two years ago was pretty naff by all accounts and I dont think we even bothered 2 years before that. It being Fergie's last is what brought them all out today
