***THE BF4 BENCHMARKS THREAD***

Much better, but mins are a little low still:

2013-10-10 20:14:31 - bf4
Frames: 13491 - Time: 210773ms - Avg: 64.007 - Min: 46 - Max: 99

Could be a memory OC too high and V-sync should help. Try dropping the mem off if you have it overclocked.
Cards at stock Greg, as running any sort of oc on them leads to pretty high temps on the top one. This new board is a bit tighter spaced than my old Z77 one. Ill turn on vsync and see how it fares.

Just tried this again after not playing for about 4 days. Installed the latest drivers and absolutely astonished at what a few small patches/driver updates can do. Running at full ultra 1080p except 2xMSAA and Post AA off, almost constant 60 fps on a 64 man conquest server and only saw it drop into the high 50's a couple of times. Before I was dropping into single digits at lower settings randomly.

Makes me wonder whether a second 7950 is actually needed! Will have to see what the bigger maps bring.

I know!! when Mantle comes along i might treat myself to some water cooling rather than a new GPU!!!

I'm telling u now they gave us the most intensive map to beta test just like they did in BF3.. Caspian was a lag fest in BF3 Beta at first and im pretty sure they're doing the same thing here in BF4 Beta by giving us this map.

Dice need to make sure we can run the worst they can throw at us and as u guys and girls can see.. there is a lot going on in this map and in a rather small area too :)

This latest patch is working very well, I am getting higher constant frames and much better average fps.
But GPU ussage is so low 44%

CPU bottleneck. I have 670's in sli and only get an average of 70% usage on them. Seen it as low as 48% though some times :/

Framerates still great though even without my cards even trying.

Sounds logical, hope you're right.
Perhaps those weather effects and rolling waves aren't that intensive.

Im running i7 4770k @4.6ghz HT on and in bf4 beta in places my gpus hit 50-60% usage with CPU creeping up around 80-85%

this is one god dam demanding cpu intensive game when running dual gpus.
got to think how much this is hurting i5 users

Ps. side note is it me or do i have graphics corruption on this map cause everything looks white and grey and dull no vibrancy at all
