Just had a game with Ultra presets ( 4x MSAA).
It was relatively playable although did suffer from some big FPS drops at points with lots of action, the building falling down with me in it.
Max VRAM usage 1840MB
I will download fraps later and give it a go, but I have work to do now

New drivers much much better performance
I can now play max setting 1080p 4xmsaa 90fov at decent frame rate on my 7950.
Lows of 45fps but most time running round 60 fps.
Shame on you for tarnishing the great AMD name.
Jokes aside good to see decent performance at 1080p Ultra on a single 7950.
For the love of god man why weren't you using the latest drivers?

Couple thing the bug me.
On BF3 I could have Crouch and Prone on one key "C" tap Crouch - Hold Prone
Switching guns, on my mouse I have 3/4 so if I press 3 and get RPG out and then need to switch back to Guns.. the Mouse wheel go's through each item.

Some people are having colossal issues with BF4, I've had a smooth experience so far.
Could it also be CPU that is causing people issues? BF4 is meant to be able to use up to 8 threads. I've got my 4770K clocked at 4.5GHz although usage isn't going above 50% a lot of the time with a single 7950.
Also, textures look FAR better to me than BF3.

I'd be interested to know that, would not be surprised if the FX-83## runs just as well as the 4770K in this game.

I need to install the latest drivers yet, but when I played earlier I was looking at maximum 60FPS when looking across the water and upto 100 when inside. 64 man map @ 1440p.
The experience was very jerky though FPS jumping up and down a lot. Hopefully the drivers will sort this out.

Hellfish use the Ultra preset (x4 AA) and bench a round on Conquest large 64 man please. Use fraps and report back the fps at round end. Thank you please!

Yeah, this was without MSAA. I didn't use that in BF3 either.
At work at the moment so can't run any tests, unfortunately. I'm going to explore it more tonight. I need to see how it runs with the new drivers, cpu/gpu/vram usage etc.
From what I played earlier I hope the drivers improve the experience, because it was a bit nauseating!
I'll do a proper run and report back tonight.

my 3570k at stock is only hitting 87 percent average so I don't think its bottling my 780 lighting if anything im just getting lag and doesn't help when some players join with over 1000 ping
