***THE BF4 BENCHMARKS THREAD***

Yea it seems to be a couple of degrees lower than BF3 for me.

Oh and on a side note.. i have noticed the BF4.exe only just above 2GB compared to 2.7GB in the Beta :)

Getting pretty decent temps on cpu and gpu's. All at stock, the gpu temps are much lower than what i normally get in bf3.

Screenshot of ab, task manager etc.

Not bad Setts. You'd love the new task manager in windows 8. Much better looking and more detailed and ****. Really enables you to get your nerd on. :p

As for gpu temps i expect its a bit lower as the gpu's are not producing the silly high fps you'd see in bf3. I found something similar myself.

Cheers, ill probably move to win8 after xmas when money is a bit less tight. Aye normally my top card is at 70c ono. Id do a bench run but not easy due to the amount of server crashes at present.

Mine @locked 60fps GPU's hang around 66c and without any fps lock 70c to 73c

My cpu always around 62c OC to 4.5ghz

Matt I was running about that sea map with 140+ fps lol I get more FPS in BF4 than I ever did in BF3.

Nice one greg :)

Will get some 780 results up tomorrow and some 780 sli results later in the week :)

What map is generally the heaviest, & how long are you running the bench for?

I have not played half the maps yet Paul, so no idea. I ran my bench tests from start to finish and will do some 1080P results also.

Pretty pleased with this, should see a slight further boost once i oc the cpu and cards, and hopefully getting a new 2400mhz ram kit that works soon.

You can use FRAPS, set it to run for your desired amount of time, then ingame hit the benchmark key and it will start. Results are saved automatically to c:/fraps/benchmarks.

Is this the inbuilt benchmark utility in the game. It won't run for me. Just displays a red bar and basically says your system is crap. Except I'm playing all ultra at 1920x1200.
