Recorded at 1080p 30fps with HTC One M8

Why pay more when you get better for less???

Another thing to note I use 80FOV, Greg whats yours at? looks very close to me stock 70fov?
The higher the FOV the more performance hit also.

Yeah, if I put my CPU back to 4.5ghz my frame rate is always over 120fps

Greg did you really think the ripple effect from the LED back light was screen tear??

Camera pick this up, I think the newer BenQ have a no flicker effect now.

Want to play a little game??
On play back keep pausing playback till you see screen tear.

Because I for one cant see any.

Show me the tearing.

That part of the map is almost entirely CPU bound, thats why i use it to compare Mantle.

Nah, I am more than happy that a pair of 290s is marginally faster than a single Titan

I will leave it that DX on nVidia is faster than Mantle on AMD

hitting most of the time over the refresh rate is more than I need.

As i said before; this Map, and especially that part of it is CPU bound, thats why Shanks is getting relatively low performance in CF.

I honestly don't care and I thought the idea of Mantle was to alleviate the CPU bottleneck? For the record, my CPU has been giving me some grief lately and it is and was at stock clocks for that run and all the other game recordings I have done. So in terms of Mantle relieving the bottleneck and you needing Crossfire to literally scrape past me, nope I am not getting it

Also, you have aliasing off and you have no recording software giving any form of performance hit, but that's neither here nor there and I am quite happy to be the victor in this AMD sponsored game.

Might tweet this as well, as it is top comedy

Yeah, it is kinda funny, but my OC'd single card results stand with your OC single card results and my OC'd Xfire/cpu results significantly outshine shankly's results.

Your being deliberately uneducated about this Greg, why is mystery as anyone with a minimal level of knowledge about this can see straight through it.

Mantle is alleviating the CPU bottleneck for Shankly, on a CPU bound map he gets 30% higher minimums than you with a much weaker stock CPU.

Even i'm getting 10% higher Minimums than you with a CPU thats only about half as powerful.
