The actress playing starlight is grating on me since her nose job. Every time I look at her I can’t help but think there’s something amiss. Seeing her “before” and “after” photos I can’t help but feel she was much prettier before.

That's what it is! I did think her face looks strange, botox and face lift or something that i can't put my finger on it. I've not seen back to back comparison but her face looked different, almost Snapchat filtered.
 
Ah is that what it is, at one point it looked like she had a cold sore on her mouth and her lipstick was all over her top lip so I thought that was what it was.
 
I hadn't realised she had a nose job although I did think she looked prettier in the first two seasons. But it's not her looks which bother me; her character is starting to annoy me now. She doesn't actually do anything. She just seems to be there to be a reason for Hughie to want to fight Homelander. But I have to say that most of the casting is superb.

I think she is building up to a big finish....hopefully anyway.

Watched the last couple over again with the wife, its deffo worth a rewatch already, I missed so much first time around.

I don't want to make this about her looks but I think she was perfect before the work :(

Definitely agree with the whole character redemption thing though... she is almost certain to play a role in the finale.
 
LOL I have been wondering if something was different, not sure she needed the work IMO. Hope she makes up for the lack of doing much this season next episode.
 
I saw Erin Moriarty a video a couple of months ago with Karen Fukuhara (Kimiko) from 2020 that i believe was taken after they wrapped season 2 and boy she had lost a load of weight and looked very thin. It reminded me when Jordana Brewster (Mia from Fast and Furious films) had lost a significant amount of weight and looked pretty ill. Apparently she had eating disorders after comments on her weight by people in Hollywood. I always though she looked stunning in FandF and Chuck but then saw her in one of the FandF movies when she came back to the series and it was really sad to see her like that. It does look like she is well now and looks well now. I really hope thats not the case with Erin though.

So, is A-Train dead? I’m thinking someone (Homelander) will find him at the beginning of next episode.
 
Oh god how I hate Homelander.....I just want to wrap my fist around his untouchable massive chin everytime he is on screen :)

I do wonder if the actor is acting or really acting or is a such a ***** ****** as well :)
