Absolutely stunning game and ranks amongst one of the greatest ever to me ... so many things done right . Exactly the experience I wanted from a survival horror game . The game , atmosphere, story , graphics and sound were unreal... for me that game couldn't of turned out any better, although I have completed it like 5 times still get the urge to play it again
I can't imagine AMD is too impressed either - they sponsored this title and their (current) flagship GPU is unable to run it at a playable framerate with all the bells and whistles turned on.

Couldn't agree more, what I loved is that it was so similar to the first movie. Try it with reshade mods. I remember installing the aliasisolation mod which cleaned up all the terrible anti aliasing it has as stock .. so much smoother looking with the mod installed. She's installing, thanks Epic Free GamesIts a stunning game for sure and definitely worth the time and effort . It's certainly not a fast paced game but makes it all the more intense have to creep around and hide from the Alien or androids and having no way of actually being able to kill the alien , the sense of being pursued and pretty much helpless to do anything about it is one of its defining features for me .. the sense of fear is real and not had that feeling in any other game I have played to this day . It is also so authentic to the original film in its design and look ... couldn't of made a better game

... I remember my 1st play through fondly . I also remember when I finished it and felt like it left a void ... few games leave me feeling that way , final fantasy 7 was one but again one of my greatest Enjoy , I'm jealous you have not experience it before

Gonna reshade it and play it in bed, hopefully won't **** the bed though as I'm used to the alien now. But then again I could mod it and put the nastier alien in, but in afterthought I don't want a ****** bed.
60fps all day long me ol' mucka!I imagine it will run perfect on a steam deck , game is so easy to run for modern hardware .... certainly a very well optimized game for PC... other companies take note !
