get yourself a wheel brush like above, you can get it through the spoke s and clean the inside rim as well as out and in-between the lugs

i have microfiber detergent , but what about the brushes ?
im just going to use fairy liquid to make soapy water, that will be alright wont it ?

Just put a drop of your MF detergent in a bucket and small amount of water. Then work the brushes with your fingers (or if you have a clean grit guard, put that in at the bottom and work the brush against it) to get any muck from between the fibres.
I personally use Surcare detergent for MF, cheaper than dedicated ones from the car care brands. Others also recommend Woolite too.
