SSR I can see more reflections, especially the floor.

Tessellation I can definately see more defined bricks, doesnt seem so obvious on the other pic though but the image is very small.

POM there is a lot more detail on the ground

SSAO im assuming i cant see a difference because again, the image is tiny.

All looks good though, shame I cannot get it on steam anymore.

Whats the multiplayer scene like, many people still playing ? Am tempted to get it but wont if the MP is crap or poorly populated.

Bit disappointing tbh... these changes probably won't be very noticeable in-game. The high-res texture pack is what I'm waiting on

Must say it does look a lot better, especially the lighting and some of the textures.

The one thing, which I missed the most from Crysis 1 and warhead was the physics, it was a massive step down in Crysis 2:

Well it does include High Res Textures

So I think we all benefit there

I'm downloading right now, full speed.

DX11 Patch is 546MB and HD Texture Pack is 1.7 GB

It won't work without the 1.9 Patch which is released on Monday, however it should save you a good bit of time since you need to get both packs.

Despite what the download site says the Hi Res Textures are 1.7GB in size and the DX11 Pack is 546MB
