I sent an email to Smplygames a few days ago and received an reply earlier today:

We are writing to let you know that we have now had it confirmed by our supplier that our stock for The Elder Scrolls Skyrim will contain the limited edition Burlap Map on PS3 and XB360.



The PC version of this game will not contain the limited Burlap Map. We have now updated the website to reflect this.

oops. I wonder if the PC version will be without Burlap map in the other stores.

This is incorrect for Skyrim, the racial bonuses are completely different to previous games.

E.G:

Altmer - 25% faster Magicka regeneration
Breton - Dragon Skinn (Absorb Spells), Shock Resistance.

They arent the same as what we had in morrowind / skyrim.

Imperials gain a 10% discount when trading at merchants, which stacks with the bonuses from speech along with other stuff that I cant remember.

Pretty sure Dunmer get some self immolation skill instead of spirit and Argonians get fast hp regen too.

Yea HP regen for argonians, I can only remember a few.

All the wikis and other TES sites are stupidly copying racial bonuses from earlier games and putting them under Skyrim, its annoying!

Also I cant believe they've removed magic bonuses from Bretons!!! High elves are freaking fugly, I want a human looking mage, and Bretons were just that.

That link also still has Mysticism listed under the racial starting attributes, FAIL!

I loved the morrowind paper map, it had so much stuff you could reference in-game.

Sadly, I doubt they'll replicate the level of detail again. :(
