Some of those slaying animations are pretty awesome! I may have to re-evaluate my ideas of being a thief style player. Although I did love sticking people to walls with arrows in Oblivion

I've had a good search but can't find much on the graphics performance for specific platforms. Basically should I buy PC or PS3?

BF3 was a no brainer, PC all the way. But I am tempted to buy Skyrim on the PS3, lazy day on the couch in front of the Plasma.

For me personally the choice was a no brainer. PC all the way for a TES game. The modding community really shines on these games and well on PS3 you wont get that.

I'd imagine 360 and PS3 will be 30fps, 720p afairs, whereas PC will be 1080p (or whataver rez u want) 60fps, anti-aliasing etc.

I'm tempted to output over HDMI to my tv so I can lie in bed and play! If it works well with 360 pad that is. That way I get benefits of the console but power of the PC. Again, if it works out that way.
