Bethesda...how the mighty have fallen.
It'll be just like Oblivion, mediocre console crap until the modders turn it into something half decent. So about 6-12 months after release it may be worth playing. Mods like Blood&Mud, The Lost Spires, OOO, Aesgaard, etc saved Oblivion for me....
So although you've never played it, and despite the great looking gameplay, clearly reasonable graphics and generally positive reports.
Game over man, pack your bags, we can all forget this one...
Bioware...Bethesda...how the mighty have fallen.
It started with Oblivion, the dumbing down, the console derp, the way it was built for consoles and then ported, bah.
Hopefully mods will save this game.
Of course, it will sell well, and get great reviews from the consoles. Meh.
What's this obsession people have with this phrase 'console derp' ?
People just trying to be on a high horse on the internet it seems.
The game looks great, don't be ridiculous, sounds like your mind is already made up, it will suck if you are thinking like that yeah.
Seems there are narrow minded 'PC Derpers' too by the looks of things.
Also so surprised people expected anything else but a port, did you not see all the menus? Reserve judgement!
Really? I enjoyed Oblivion, and finished it almost on vanilla, just with a graphics improvement and the menu rejig. I didn't change any game play though.

It's a condensed way of saying "I don't like how they're making X game to cater for consoles over PC as that means reduced graphical capability, and a game that will be reduced in complexity, and possibly story/gameplay, in order to appease those who play consoles."
There's no high horse involved, when you start playing a game series on the PC, and then watch as the sequels gradually shift to consoles, you notice the changes and sacrifices, which unfortunately take it away from why you enjoyed it so much in the beginning.
Its the idiot PC owning thinking they are better than anyone else crew, same old same old...
A small minority thankfully, they grow out of it.
I have just seen all the E3 footage of Skyrim. Looks excellent imo, looking forwars to this game more than any other i think.
