Clearly just a prestige thing. That or there marketing team are a bunch of idiots. At half the price it would probably sell 5x as much.

I would consider paying maybe £50 for it tbh. This is one of the very few games though that i really do want to get a physical copy over a digital copy. For most games i prefer to just get it on steam.

One of my favorite games of all time, but would never get the CE for it. Shame CEs have gone this expensive all of a sudden.

and perhaps devalued the value of the collectors editions. hard to say what their thought is but yes that number was pulled out of your butt. at the end of the day they are making this game to sell copies, so just think this company with all their millions and years experience probably have a better idea then us. of course they could be out of touch but they have tried the cheap version last time and now decided against it for a reason.

CE are stupid any way. get the game, play it, done. don't waste your time woking to spend your money on a CE

It's about price elasticity which I imagine is quite high for a product like this, might have a million people buy a £50 ce and only 100 a £130 ce.

I would happily pay £60 for a CE. If it's something I really want. Only done it twice though. For WoW: Wrath and SC2

Even WoW: Wrath CE wasn't £60 in fact.
