The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - MODS & TWEAKS

I'm just doing a cleam install of SKYRIM, what are the best mods to go with it? (this thread is a tad long to trawl through)

I'm thinking graphics first and foremost (my rig in sig).

I have Nexus mod manager.

I have no idea what to do with ENB's. I downloaded one (New World) zip file, no idea what to do with it, it seems it's just assumed people know what to do.

Hi Mate, I've literally just done the same thing as you, i found the below link the best thing on Nexus if im honest! You just download the ones in the list which you like (plus the 3 required mods) and then run the batch fiile and it combines the whole lot for you and can then be executed in one hit by nexus.

If i could upload a 7gb file somewhere i would be more than happy to do that for you as i downloaded the majority in his list and my skyrim looks amazing!!! Let me know if you want me to do that for you and if you know anywhere i can do a file that large and ill leave my computer on overnight uploading. Then all you will have to do it add it to Nexus and run the mod and you'll be done.

Hi, I've just found the install instructions and this kind of modding technique makes a little more sense now. I'm gonna download everything and go from there. I can play POE while I wait!

However,


Skyrim Realistic Overhaul by Starac - 4 files or 2 files (high-res or low-res) + 1 for Dawnguard


For high-res: Download part 1, part 2, part 3 and the 1.6 update. For low-res: Only grab the 1024k version and the 1.6 update. If you want the Dawnguard textures, then choose your resolution option and go ahead and grab those as well!
If you don't This mod is no longer available on the Nexus due to the author being banned. already have the files, I can only recommend asking a friend if they can supply them for you. The TPC will work without this mod, but it won't look as intended.


So I would need to get the 4 hi res files somewhere, maybe you could send them to me?

Yeah no worries at all, I have the mod you are after, how would you like me to send it to you? Its Monday morning here in Brisbane so i can do it when i get back from work tonight if you like?
