Nexus mod manager keeps crashing for me - I think it is failing to connect to the server, then just crashing.

It's the same mod with a different config.

Try them all out and see which one suits your taste best.

I'm trying out Skyrim Enhanced Shaders now.

That is the one i have settled on now, after slightly increasing the saturation for indoors and toning down the bloom just a little bit(but that's just me) I think it is very good.

Ive been playing with all the graphics options on high and ultra (everything maxed as far as it will go) on my 6870 and 8200 quad. The shadows look very poor compaired to everything else, is that something to do with my ati card or just the way it is.

Open your SkyrimPrefs.ini in My Documents/My Games/Skyrim folder, and then change the values below. If you don't have these values add them under [Display] somewhere

How much of an impact does this have to the fps? Like i said above im not having any troubles playing with everything maxed out on my 6870 and quad 8200 @ 2.8. Maybe this would start to make it struggle.

Shouldn't affect it much, didn't with me anyway.

I'm having a few issues with textures and other pieces, I was wondering if someone would suggest mods/config changes to fix them.

P*ss poor textures, what can I do to improve that?

Is the map this blurry for anyone else? It's actually beginning to hurt my eyes.

Whether this has come through on the screenshot or not but there are blatant lines running through a lot of objects/scenery ingame and is really bugging me.

Current mods I have:

+ Skyrim Total Enhancement Project

Any help is much appreciated!

Water looks blocky in the first pic, could try HD water mod to fix that. Can't see anything wrong in the moon picture and the map does look overly blurry, not sure how you'd fix that though.

Go to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\My Games\Skyrim

Open SkyrimPrefs.ini, and search for [General] section
Add fdefaultfov=XX at the end of the section. (where XX is the FOV value you want to change to). For example add fdefaultfov=90
Open Skyrim.ini, and search for [Display] section
Add fDefaultWorldFOV=XX (where XX is the FOV value you put in fdefaultfov)
Add fDefault1stPersonFOV=xx.0000 (where XX is the FOV value you put in fdefaultfov)

If any of you are finding your game is now crashing and textures are missing go here http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=134 and follow the manual method in the description to fix it.

Mine was fine using the ntcore patcher but it looks like they either updated the game or my exe was overwritten by a default one somehow... I tried patching it again and it wouldn't even launch the game! Followed the manual method and it now works flawlessly.

Mate your graphics are defo mashed up there, I'd say it's your drivers not the addons/mods...so I'd revert back to some older drivers or try the latest ones, or both. Your map especially looks really bad and nothing like mine.
