The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - MODS & TWEAKS

Also, I know you can put enchantments on your weapons (which one would be best for the bow though, just started playing game not long ago so still loads to learn.) but how do you use potions on them ?? Or is it just me being daft and you mean potions you can drink for better stats ? :o

Poisons need to be applied, if you have the bow equipped then "use" the poison and the message "do you want to apply to (the arrow you have equipped) (Y/N)?" if yes then the arrow is poisoned and the poison used. Note it only applies to one arrow at a time, misfire that arrow and you've wasted the poison so make it count.

Best enchantment on a bow would have to be paralysis imo, it's ever so useful being able to incapacitate your enemies for 4 seconds or so, they're simply frozen for that length of time. Really handy in melee fights if most of your enemies are lying on the ground motionless.

Thank you ! =)
Gonna try it out and see if I can get it working.

Guess I got to work on my archery bit more so I miss less targets. :o

I think realvision ENB looks fantastic now that I've got the gpu grunt to drive it. It must be knocking on 4 years old now this game, and it's still an absolute joy to play.

I'm finding the caves really dark, which is adding to the atmosphere but sometimes I could do with a little bit of light. Is there any way to get a lantern or torch?

Wearable lanterns. I like being able to chose when I want it to be dark or not.

Magelight is too harsh and annoying to use IMO though it will level your alteration.

Stumbled upon this mod through the link that Devious put above about the Wearable Lanterns.. the creator for that mod had been mentioned in an outside article ( This one ), and although it's a tad old sounds interesting.

The mod is Helgen Reborn and was wondering if anyone used it ?

And got a question as well. I was on my way to my house in Riften when suddenly 3 hired thugs jumped me, after cutting them down I found a note that Grelka wanted me ruffed up, for no apparent reason.. went to her but no dialog part from the old ones with her so did a google search.. and seems like sometimes ppl send thugs on you even if you not done anything towards them but they think you have ?

It is quite common that the missive carried by one of the Hired Thugs may be signed by someone who the Dragonborn has not stolen from (in some cases not having even met them), or was dead at the time of both the theft and attack. This can occur with animals, such as Garmr.

Anyone else had that happen to them ?? Sure confused me big time having it happen like that.. lol .. although, got 100 gold from each one and all their armour and since they attacked me, no problem with the guards either.. :D
