Skyrim HD - 2K Textures is the best all-in-one set of textures out there. There are a few things that you might want to swap for other texture packs but it's a very solid standalone.
If it's heavy on the fps, use the lite version with lower resolution textures. I don't see any significant performance impact with either. It's just been updated to 1.4 with new Solitude textures.
Wars in Skyrim is a very good mod that adds random encounters into the gameplay and is an essential addition for any RPG fans. I recommend the lightest version of the mod available as that won't affect overall gameplay.
Instead of No More Blocky Faces, use the whole updated package, Xenius Character Enhancement.
The latest version of Skyrim Boost can be always found here. R4 is the newest compilation.
I advise against ENB mods for AMD/ATI users, they affect badly affect performance so either use FXAA Injector mods or lighter ENB packages like iCCC.
