Baroness Warsi has had enough of Leave's "hate and xenophobia" and decided to switch to Remain. Farage's 1930s poster strikes me as a misstep. Those who might be persuaded by it were already voting Leave, floating voters are more likely to be put off by it than drawn in by it and it is those voters than Leave needs.

From my point of view, more Farage please!

vote leave tweeted saying they didn't know she was campaigning, I certainly haven't seen anything from her.

I'll be voting remain to increase the chances of a second Scottish independence referendum. There is also the small chance that the vote will be so close that Scottish votes could decide the outcome.

England very narrowly voting to leave but being vetoed by a Scottish remain vote would be a glorious consolation prize!

You're more likely to get (and win) a second Scottish Independent referendum if the UK leaves the EU!

bit of a naff reason for her to change her mind... because some other people who support voting for the same thing as you have a poster you don't like  surely your actual views on the issue itself aren't changed, the poster/campaign is completely irrelevant to the issues at hand

I mean it is like if the BNP decided to support a raise in the minimum wage - is it suddenly logical for say a left wing person to decide to oppose raising the minimum wage simply because someone they don't like supports it?

Another expert I see or paid shill as I see it. Yes I watched the first 15 minutes he is a down and out right Richard.

It does not make sense to me at all, we can trade with the EU and abide by EU edicts on trade for 0.5 billion.

Yet out the EU we can trade with 6.5billion without EU ie rest of the planet?

We do trade with the rest of the 6bn via the EU and because of the muscle that the EU has we, the UK, get better trade deals.

The video in question has been posted to youtube if you don't want to visit facebook.

Calling everyone who doesn't agree with you a shill does not endear people to listen to you.

Also just because big financial institutions like JPMorgan and their ilk support remain doesn't mean what they support is instantly the wrong position. Life isn't black and white like you would have us picture.

I do not agree with how this government has ran the country since the crash in 2008 and yet do i agree with Cameron in staying in the EU? Of course i do.

I'm pro remain and have yet to see any credible reason why we should leave.

She does not want to be associated with the likes of Farage, my only surprise is why did it take her this long.

Leave campaign has a isolationist message, scaremongering about immigrants ( her parents were) she probably thought why should I side with people who most likely do not like me.

You clearly haven't been paying attention to the guarantees of free unicorns and rainbows that us ordinary working folk will receive - once we get out of the EU and live in a country that's in a worse financial situation and run by a Tory party that will be moving even further to the right...

There are thousands of illegal migrants streaming across Europe virtually unfettered? Nigel Farage may be the best bet to stem the tide from the UK's point of view?

No, I think you'll find that's the English Channel. The 20 mile wide barrier that sets us apart from the rest of Europe.;)

Encourage many children single earner married couples through tax breaks.

Because that's going to make any difference? What happens when they get to 65 and require a pension and more healthcare? We have more? And what happens when they get to 65... It's close to an exponential curve in population growth and why the current system of measuring economies and countries on growth is unsustainable.

Were paying for migrants to be put up in hotels £100 + per night ! croydon hotels are full of Migrants it's a disgrace.

End the madness and waste of funds on june the 23rd guys.

European migrants? Or asylum seekers? The latter being unrelated to the EU...

I don't know where people get this idea from that the Conservative party is right wing.

You're doubtless correct - it's probably just negative propaganda spread by envious communists that weren't allowed to join the Bullingdon Club.

Not sure if it's been discussed but saw Boris on TV saying he loves immigration and wants to give amnesty to illegal immigrants that have been here for 12+ years.

Thought he was leading the Leave campaign but that was top performance for Remain. :)

Oh and the silence after he said that was golden.

I mentioned it a couple of pages back, it was ignored then too...the tumbleweed response by the Leavers is hilarious :D

Yea, that would be completely stupid wouldnt it, just like the list of people itchy posted who support Remain as a reason why Leave is the only vote....

I don't know where people get this idea from that the Conservative party is right wing.

I guess everyone looks Left from where you're standing Phil ;)

"Jeremy Corbyn says EU free movement means no immigration limit"

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36570383

And who's going to pay for their NHS treatment\Dentist\Doctor. That's right the English tax payer.

You're almost right. In fact, it's subtly different: it's tax payers living in Britain, which incidentally includes EU and non-EU migrants

https://fullfact.org/immigration/do-eu-immigrants-contribute-134-every-1-they-receive/

Interestingly, the studies cited in that link suggest that, at the moment, the only group that comes with a net cost to the UK tax payer is the group we have full control over :)

It's going to be a remain win on the back of the Jo Cox killing. Some of the undecided and less committed leave voters will make the difference.

She was a plant, plain and simple, but nobody cares for her anyway, so no loss for the Outers.

I started to think I didn't post it. :) Not surprised leavers ignore it.
So now we have the man that is most likely to be in charge of the country post exit saying he's very pro immigration to the degree that he is prepared to give amnesty to number of illegal immigrants (how many?) already here.
Seems like a win win situation for those that are voting Leave based on immigration alone. ;)

Nigel Farage still doesn't seem to understand why that poster is being so widely criticised. Supporters try to distance UKIP from the BNP, EDL and Britain First but that becomes more difficult when UKIP unveil posters like this one.
