The Hunter

ive played a total of 2-3 hours of this today, the closest i came to a kill was seeing a deer but being too far away to hit it

i've not looked into the tricks yet to getting easier kills though, just been running around tracking etc
 
I played in the other start position just wondering about aimlessly for about a hour then i found a noise with me huntertool thingy so went to it, found a few tracks and dung lost it tho happened twice more i think 3rd time or so tho i think i was very near a deer as the sound indicator was going right up. Couldnt for life of me see booger all tho cos of all the enviroment in the way (how can ppl possibly view somit in this game lol) so i lay flat and did the call 3 times i think i scared it away tho cos the sound just died out and couldnt find the thing anywhere.

This is getting really annoying. I would expect to see a lot of wildlife perhaps not things im hunting for but should see more wildlife around as it is it is rather bare place just nice gfx scenery.
 
the sound bars on the huntermate are just ambient noise not a deer or you.

if you struggling go to biggest meadow near middle and prone a lot lol
 
played it last night for the first time, after 20minutes i told myself that I wasn't going to bed until I had my first deer...2hours later, 1am, I decided iw asn't going to bed till I had seen my first dear, an hour later 2am, i ALT+F4 in a rage and cant sleep. Man the game is impossible!
 
wohoo got myself 2 kills today, one male at 120kg and one female at 70 odd kg, got a nice shot into the neck of the female, can't remember where i hit the male but i had to track it till it died which was quite fun :D
 
I, along with two members of my gaming clan lost all day Sunday on this stunning game, was a bit of a race to see who could get a kill 1st as we all started playing pretty much at the same time, i was gutted my only kill i couldn't confirm because i took the shot whilst it was in the edge of the water :-(
