Yeahh! Just got my first kill! Must have spent nearly 3 hours playtime now trying to get that. Spent about 30mins chasing it (first deer I've seen in the whole game so didn't want to risk it haha)Think I'm probably playing it wrong... should have read the guides. Still, very happy!

I was considering it - not sure though - it's quite frustrating how long you have to wait and track the dots before actually getting the kill. It's rewarding but you need a lot of patience

As an after though, it's not exactly a game you can just pick up and play for half an hour

Everytime I get a kill or find a deer, it's been about an hour in

ive killed quite a few in one go

but i do often take long shots at them not try and sneak to close.

Does anyone use the hunting towers?
I've sat in one for about half an hour before just making random mule noises (with the box thing) and saw one coming in the distance

only use them if i know my third trail is next to one otherwise no not really.

When you get to your third trail, do you then start hunting it or do you continue to follow the red dots?

Got fed up of the game, spent absoloutely ages trailing multiple deer, saw one and before i could pull the rifle out the bugger had run off

This better be worth it. Not only is the Emote launcher absolute tripe, its limited to 10kb download speed, and keeps crashing........FFS

You're supposed to like...follow one trial, not go after random ones when they pick up.

Otherwise you won't see a deer

Yea i did follow the poo and tracks but it just got on my **** so I ended up just wandering around aimlessly.

SHould I run after the trail so I can catch up with the deer or should I be walking all the time so to not risk scaring him off? I haven't seen one yet and I'm not sure whether it's because I am running too slow or too fast!
