Mms won't work now on O2 since been on ios5

It's an update to recovery partition to allow the new feature 'find my mac'. See above.

10.7.2 GM has iCloud built into the control panel. OOTB.

That worked in previous builds fine.

I heard it was 2 days before ip4s so that's the 12th.

Anyhow I'm looking forward to getting it, haven't attempted the gm

Already released to GM.

No.. What Divaboy is on about is that when people say 'bricked' people use this as something when their device doesn't work.

What 'bricked' means is when your device is totally an utterly ******! no screen, won't turn on, no charge e.t.c just a blank screen dead utterly dead.

Exactly not a rant at anyone in particular just my own personal bug bear which I no doubt should have kept to myself

Thanks to the excellent advice, and linkages, from peoples here (including, but not limited to, mrbell1984 and rhymin) my iPhone is now working smoothly with iOS 5 which I will have a proper play with once my 10 gig of music and apps syncs back to it

Your welcome. My site is for OcUK users and many more who comes across it on the web. Enjoy iOS 5.

I will still restore once the public release comes out just having a play with it now. I have totally moved over to iCloud now for everything.
