Shock Jock

With Capsule Rebel, we have utilized brand new materials and radical design methods to protect your iPhone. Introducing UltraFrame™hard protection system, a unique cover-all hard shell exo-skeleton frame made with Lexan polycarbonate protecting all the important parts of your iPhone 3G that may be prone to impact. In addition, we have utilized a special new material called ADSP (Adaptive Dynamic Soft Polymer) underneath the frame to protect the delicate surface of your iPhone 3G. Your iPhone 3G needs some hard core TLC (Tender, Loving Care) to protect it, In order to protect your phone, we have utilized a brand new material for the delicate protection needs of your
iPhone 3G. Introducing ADSP, a new polymer which is hip huggin’ soft but yet tough enough to divert shock for your everyday needs. ADSP is also very resistant to discoloration and soiling from day to day use. It’s the best material ever used in a hybrid case.

UltraHybrid

We believe the only way to protect your iPhone 3G is to create less contact while you install your case. With our ADSP snugly wrapped around your case, your iPhone is fully protected when you install our ultra protective UltraFrame™ hard protection system. Unlike most of our competitors, we have devised a design in which all impact points are covered with a polycarbonate shield, while still offering you a very rewarding grip sensation due to the mixed material layout unique to our Rebel line of cases. It’s an UltraHybrid. The ultimate hard case with a soft heart.

Right, well I'm going to order one of those and take my Belkin back. That looks very very nice. I guess returning the case because it didn't come with a screen protector is a good enough reason to get a refund?

On the 02 site it states :

Data and Wi-Fi
Data usage whilst roaming not included. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available at any of the 7,500 Wi-Fi hotspots from our partners The Cloud and BT Openzone. Excessive usage policy applies.

Is it easy to tell IF you are roaming on the iphone? & is it still unlimited if your using 3G?

Guys, just questions on conserving battery life...

I usually connect via wi-fi at home but if I'm at work and I connect using o2 should i disable WI-FI? or if it's not connected to a hotspot does it use battery life?

Like any WIFI device it will be attempting to pick up other WIFI devices which uses power even if its not connected.

I always have WIFI and BT off until I need them - just a good rule of thumb for every phone Ive used...

Yeah just a tad annoying turning off and on constantly, grrr, you'd think with todays technology they'd create a decent life battery :D

Ah well, cheers
I can pretty much get 2 days worth of battery on my iPhone without doing anything to it (leave WIFI on, never have BT on though anyway since BT is so nerfed). Actually I tend to switch off WIFI more because I get irritated by the constant wifi pop-ups when looking at the web or something than even considering its saving me battery...

Thats with the normal app store downloads; checking emails every couple of hours aswell as surfing the web quite a bit; maybe making 15-20mins worth of calls and listening to the ipod for a good couple of hours per day.

As someone else said here it seems to uses around 60% battery a day for me...

Roaming is abroad.

Ahh right . i thought Roaming meant it uses other networks to merge together? e.g can't get a signal with 02 , it will use Orange network etc.

Decided to get the 32GB one as i cba to wait till friday to see if my local 02 shop has the 16GB in stock by the time i finish on friday & sat (5pm)i think it would be too late.

Is it really worth getting the 24month contract? can the iphone last that long?

My friggin' home button has gone all sticky. I haven't spilt anything on it but whenever I press it, it makes a nasty little clicky sound and it takes a few hard presses to 'loosen' it up again. 10 minutes later and it does it again.

I have no idea why it is doing it. it works fine but it is so annoying :(

Do you think Apple will replace it?
