update have just seen this under my account details, does this mean my order is accepted ?

I'm stuck on the first screen.

It's just there spinning about doing nothing.

I got my upgrade code but take me to the next screen!

That's what it says on mine but I haven't had an email to confirm that the order is accepted - just one to say that my order has been placed.
 
Did everyone who managed to get an order through this morning receive a confirmation e-mail, or not? Regardless of credit check thingy?

I didn't, and some places are saying that if you don't get an e-mail, you don't have an iPhone. I have an order listed on my account however.

Just want to see what others have had.
 
why do they say ring a number and when you ring them spend 20 mins on hold only to be told to call back on Friday if the website isnt fixed.
 
This is just madness , Enter number for the upgrade code get send 3 diffrent ones , Then entered all my details didnt even ask for a code, press submit and bam back to enter number >< Do it again and get sent 5 codes and then a box appears asking for a code ... now it's thinking.... and the loop starts all over again >_<

had the same mate

im now on the screen where it asks me to confirm delivery address, i press continue and im still on the spinning circle thing.

this whole process is a total joke, they should have anticipated the amount of people hitting the site.

oh. just checked and im on the https://upgrades.o2.co.uk/index.htm#personal bit, but the page is blank.

lets start again shall we? :rolleyes:
