Had to resort to firefox to get anywhere on this.

I'm at the debit card details page and i'm just wondering if the debit card details i put in just pay for the new phone or the new contract aswell?

SHould ask for DD bank details too. Mines did.
 
is this the final screen guys?

i get this after i have put in my email address again

I would also like to know this, sometimes this is the only screen I get?

Always results in the error page for me too :(

I manually check all my messages using MailWasher, so unless my ISP has blocked it and not told me for some reason, I definitely haven't had a confirmation e-mail. Interesting to notice that InsomniaCalls' e-mail states Saturday delivery, though I guess that's to ensure if the courier doesn't bother delivering it on the Friday, they'll put it out on Saturday.
 
The 8GB and 16GB iPhones are listed as 'Out Of Stock' on the carphone warehouse website, are they still taking orders though?
 
I got to the payment screen just after 11am and the form said 1 wasn't a valid issue number for a Maestro card. It wouldn't let me leave it blank either. Tried 0 and it timed out. I've spent the past two hours messing about and haven't gotten back to that screen since.

O2 should pull the plug on the server until they find a solution to its load problems.
 
I never recieved a confirmation email either.

It also says on my order on the 02 site:

Total price (excluding VAT): £135.32
VAT: £23.68
Total price (including VAT): £159.00

Insomnias says:

VAT Included: £25.16
Total: £168.99

Hmmm...

EDIT: Ignore, just realised he paid for sat delivery

I've been flat out this morning as my manager wasn't in.

Only just saw the message about pre-ordering.. went to the 02 site and it's on it's knees. Fail.

Not too bothered, I'll swing by on Friday morning (need to check if I want White) :)

EDIT: Got on the site.. but I need my phone (sold it :rolleyes: ) to get the upgrade code. Fail!
