Did you have to do a new direct debit, reason i ask is because my mother pays for my contract on my current and she said she wouldn't mind signing another 18 months for me but the bad thing is she lives in Portugal.
Do they just extend the current to the 18 months?
Do we just have to pay for the phone? I just want to go in there, pay for the phone and they renew my contract/extend it to another 18 months.

Any ideas when the payg 3g Iphones are out and how much will they go for? Would quite like the GPS feature but can't see myself using it as I have a pda with tomtom on it.
Taking it slightly off-topic but now the 3g's are out should the price of 2g iphones on ebay drop to £130-£160? Alternatively anyone want to sell me their 2g for that price?

I would be shocked if they didn't ask for ID tbh.
I think your best bet is to do it online mate.
I didn't have to sign a new DD or anything. It just extended my old contract.
It was really simple and would have taken about 2 minutes if the authentication servers had been up to scratch.

Apparently the Regent Street Apple Store had some white 16gb ones too.
I'm sitting here constantly refreshing the city link parcel tracking site to see when mine has been delivered to the CPW store. I had to queue for 30 minutes this morning to be told that their store deliveries weren't in yet.
As I ordered over the phone I hadn't received any tracking details, but the store gave them to me.

i'd prefer the white is it was all white. seems weird with a black fornt and white back

I've already been over there twice and been told to come back in half an hour. Much as I would like to I can't spend my day going backwards and forwards and queuing just to be told it's not there yet.
I went over at 11.30 and they still had a bunch of 8gbs left.

Same, got mine at 8AM, still says out for delivery though.
It works from a GPS chip so you will need to be outside probably. It will be looking for a satelite.
My O2 DHL tracking says "HSD Out for Delivery awaiting IOD". Weird acronyms there.
