Tried emailing them and phoning and nothing.

If nothing by the end of today I will be contacting trading standards. Had enough of them now.

+ is new game plus so you start again, but all the upgrades, weapons, training manuals, artifact found etc, carry over to the new game. Its the only way to get some of the trophies as you cannot upgrade everything in one play through.

On the bright side see that they have released a server side patch to help speed up the match making on MP
 
Well a week after release, I now have my copy of the game!

They couldn't get PayPal to release the funds so I rang PayPal and was told that it was due to some unforeseen security issues to do with them, and was told to get GameStop to send me an invoice so I could pay that way, which I did, had the invoice on Tuesday, paid the £29 on Wednesday, got a £20 refund same day, and it was dispatched the same day via Express Delivery.
I couldn't get through to GameStop on the phone, so I emailed and was talking to someone called Alan, who sorted it rather quickly after starting the conversation with him.
 
Completed both play through on grounded a bit of a grind but what a story had me so intense I couldnt keep still must have woken a few of my neighbours screeming at the tv in the middle of the night lol
 
Glad I didn't go with Gamestop! My order from thegamecollection arrived today, was only posted yesterday. Very impressed with their service :)
 
No problems with game stop for me.. Albeit I didn't do that trade. My game came a day early first time in years receiving a game early.
 
Loving this the second time around. First being on the ps3. The difference 60fps makes is really great. So much more fluid and the game just looks stunning for a remastered ps3 game.
Been so long since I finished the ps3 version I had forgot about some sections. Such an epic game!
 
Just collected my PS4, got a Brucey Bonus when I arrived the guy gave me a sealed copy of COD Ghosts which I have no interest in so that will be getting sold! Chinese is on order then it's time for some gaming! :D
