The Last Of Us

Glad its not just me then that's gotten weirdly attached to the game. :D I've got uncharted 2 and 3 to play so I suppose that's the closest to the game I'm going to get, unless I go for another play through.
 
Finished this last night on Normal (I like to enjoy a game the first time through and not get killed repeatedly and rage quit) and have to say, It is easily one of the best games I have played in quite some time. Finished it in 12 hrs 40 minutes and loved every moment of it, Even my gf sat there and was interested in the story and kept asking me what happened in the bits she missed.

Will be starting my survivor run tonight or tomorrow, Aim to collect as much as possible while being as stealthy as possible, Only found out you could beat people to death with bricks and use people as human shields right at the end of the game lol.

Well done mate glad you enjoyed it! I think this is the only game like this where people are reporting such a variety of finishing times its really impressive, just shows the game can be played at the pace to best suit the player

MY first was 17hrs and a bit, that was on hard mind i! So far survivor mode is going by quicker :)

Not much, just gore in MP.

No dismemberment & censored executions. Shorty execution for example blows their head off, on censored version, you just get a little bit of blood.

Not a huge amount, but still people should know, so they can decide if it bothers them or not.
 
Interesting, but not a big deal really, can't say I'd even noticed. Can't see it affecting anyone's decision to buy or play the game anyway.

Cut because of the Germans. No info anywhere apart from what the community found. Naughty Dog would prefer it to fly under the radar it seems.

It did not affect my decision to buy the game nor does it impact my enjoyment of the game at present, I just wish I could have had the choice.
 
I'm bound to have questions when I've finished but for now, I'll say this is the best game I've played on PS3. Bravo!
 
It's broken on me :(

Takes 15 minutes to load the single player up from the XMB menu, then IF it loads then there's no voice audio and blank cut scenes. Turned the PS3 on and off, disc is clear no scratches.

A sad day indeed...

Try using options 3 and 4 (I think) in the PS3 recovery menu. Google will help you access that.
